No auto prompts

When you call you'll speak to a staff member. We don’t have annoying auto prompts on our telephone and we don’t want to waste your time.

Just use your name

We won’t assign you a customer ID number – it’s easy to remember your name.

Free toner delivery

Our A3 service agreement customers avoid the inconvenience of processing those small toner delivery fees because we don’t charge them!

No surprises

You have enough to consider when upgrading and deciding which equipment to buy or rent. We’ll never surprise you with fees for machine delivery, connection or finance establishment fees.

It's all about after sale service

We need very few sales people because we have high referral and customer retention rates from our loyal and growing customer base. This means more than 80% of our staff are here for customer care.

Minimising customer cost

We don’t pay our sales people a service commission which means we only ever charge you a fair amount to service and maintain your equipment. At Advanced Document Solutions there are no hidden premiums charged to customers.

We’re responsible for your whole experience

Many core functions of service delivery in our industry are outsourced to third parties.

At Advanced Document Solutions we only outsource truck deliveries. Our staff provide all other services. 

This control over our services means we can deliver to you what we promise. It has made all the difference to us achieving superior service levels. 

Advanced Document Solutions don’t outsource functions that others may outsource:

  • We take equipment from the factory packaging, assemble, test and prepare the equipment for delivery.
  • We install and connect the equipment to your computer network.
  • We train you to use your equipment.
  • We operate our own service control centre.
  • Toners, consumables and spare parts are stored in our own warehouse, right here in Perth.
